I’m incredibly proud and honoured to have our nbn® Assistant AI chatbot recognised and win the Artificial Intelligence category at the 2023 ACOMM Awards last night!
Run by the Communications Alliance, “The ACOMM Awards represent the pinnacle of achievement for the Australian communications industry”. A huge thanks to ALL those that have supported this journey since we embarked on it back in 2017, including The Works Sydney and more recently Google and InGenious AI.

The journey of the nbn® Assistant started back in 2017 when I prepared the initial mockup and business case to get buy-in for the capability, through to the fully fledged AI virtual assistant it is today… this will be the subject of a future post.
